Why shoot Bratislava?

Bratislava is small and visually layered. The medieval old town sits at the foot of a white castle on a hill above the Danube, with Jugendstil details (the famous Modrý kostolík among them) and unmistakeable Brutalist landmarks like the UFO Bridge thrown into the same skyline. The compactness lets you shoot the castle, the old town, and the river panorama in a single evening.

On a Bratislava photo tour with me, you'll work the castle terrace for the Danube panorama at golden hour, drop into the old town for the medieval walls and towers at twilight, and finish with the Blue Church facade in the soft evening light. We mostly walk between locations, with Uber rides for any longer transfers, so you'll never have to rush. Beginners leave with a sharper eye and confident use of aperture priority. Pros leave with compositions they wouldn't have found alone.
